Meet The Team
We are a group of collaborating, caring, and driven people who’s vision is to see help get to those who need it
My name is Kandace Konola and I am the President of Kiel’s Konnection, a 501 C 3 non-profit organization. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. I started Kiel’s Konnection in memory of my son Kiel who died in a tragic car accident at the age of 19. I am passionate about mental health and aspire to bring hope, faith and healing to people through mental health education, awareness and shared experiences. I have a great deal of support from my family, which includes my son Zak, daughter-in-law Cicely, and grandchildren Draxton and Lily. My mother, sister, brother-in-law and my nieces, Izabella and Kellie Jo have also given me much of their love and support so that I may follow my heart on this journey to help others. Kiel’s Konnection is a reality thanks to my family, friends and my community.
Hi, my name is Bonnie I’m a 2003 graduate from Montana Tech. I have over ten years working in the mental health field. I am dedicated to helping people in need and am excited to help change the way people view mental health.
Hi, I’m Marianne Maes and I graduated from of Carroll College. I have worked with Aware, Inc. for 11 years as a Behavioral Support Coordinator, providing support services to children being served by Aware in the
community, home, school and office settings who are struggling with behavioral and emotional issues.
I work closely with Aware’s Clinical Professionals in providing services as assigned and developed through prescribed treatment plans. I look forward to working toward removing the stigma attached to mental health diagnoses.
